2Booking Process and Confirmation

  • Booking is complete only upon payment confirmation and supplier acceptance
  • Confirmation emails contain official booking references and details

2.2 Booking Confirmation Timeline

  • Instant Confirmation: Available for select partners with real-time inventory
  • Standard Confirmation: Within 24 hours for most bookings
  • Complex Bookings: Up to 48 hours for group bookings or special requests
  • Failure to Confirm: Full refund if booking cannot be confirmed

  • Partial credit usage is allowed with remaining balance maintained
